Miami-Dade County led in total volume ($4.4 billion), while Broward County posted the highest growth. Office sales volume saw the largest increase (+42%), driven by major deals in Broward, with Miami-Dade office asking rents hitting an average of $63/SF—a 12.9% annual jump.
